The Arctic <> Ocean is the world’s smallest ocean. It covers about three,680,000 sq. miles (9,530,000 sq. kilometers). The North Pole is close to the middle.Most of Greenland and the northern elements of Norway, Russia, Alaska, and Canada attain the Arctic Ocean.
The water is bitterly chilly and icy. A lot of the ice is sea ice, and a few of it types icebergs. Icebergs are big chunks of ice that break off from land and float within the ocean.
The Arctic Ocean has little flora, however tiny crops and animals referred to as plankton <> stay on the floor. Seals, fish, and whales feed on the plankton.
