Tiranë <> is the capital and largest metropolis of Albania, a rustic in southeastern Europe. Tiranë lies about 20 miles (32 kilometers) east of the Adriatic Sea.

Tiranë’s central district has extensive avenues lined by engaging stone buildings. The town is Albania’s instructional and cultural middle. Tiranë is the house of Albania’s main publishing and broadcasting corporations. The town was based within the early 1600’s. Tiranë turned the capital of Albania in 1920.
