Pampas

PAMPASPampas, <>, is a Guarani Indian phrase meaning plain, or stretch of flat land. Geographers use the phrase pampas to explain an enormous grassland area in Argentina. The area followers out round Buenos Aires and extends into western Uruguay and southern Brazil. An space of fertile soil and grasses, the Argentine Pampas yields many crops and helps livestock. Additionally it is the location of most of Argentina’s city areas.
