New owner deflags Westin hotel in San Francisco

LaSalle Hotel Houses acquired the Westin San Francisco Market Avenue for $ 350 million and modified the name of the hotel.

The 681-room hotel is now functioning as the Park Central Hotel San Francisco. Highgate Hotels continues to be the hotel’s administration company. 

The home, created in 1984, is in San Francisco’s South of Market District, about a block from the Moscone Middle conference intricate. The hotel has 23,000 sq. toes of conference place.

In San Francisco, the legendary Westin St. Francis stays in Westin’s portfolio.
