Fireplace artistry will be showcased in Telluride, Colo.Credit rating Telluride Hearth Festival
The mountain town of Telluride, Colo., is as renowned for its summer festivals – there are 25 held from Could to Oct – as its wintertime skiing. But this ski season it will be the residence of the new Telluride Hearth Festival, that includes “fire artistry,†or flaming objects like fireplace barrels and sculptures, that will line Main Avenue right after dark.
Fire dancers and other performers insert human spectacle to the fanfare, using area Jan. fifteen to 19.
