Niagara River

Niagara RiverThe Niagara River is a brief river that varieties a part of the border between New York and the Canadian province of Ontario. The river connects Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. Water from all of the Nice Lakes besides Lake Ontario drains into the Niagara River. Most of this water drops over Niagara Falls. Niagara Falls is about midway alongside the Niagara River’s course.

The Niagara River is 35 miles (fifty six kilometers) lengthy. It drops 326 ft (ninety nine meters) throughout its course. The steep drop creates a swift present and a few of the roughest rapids on the planet.
